This account will register revenue generated from sales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the\u00a0<strong>Stationary Stock A\/C<\/strong>, click the dark options button (<code>...<\/code>) to open the &#8216;Find Account&#8217; overlay and bind the correct inventory control GL account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the blue\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button at the bottom of the overlay to register the new item. You can now close this overlay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Step 3 \u2014 Processing a Stationary Registry Entry (Sales\/Received)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On the main dashboard, click the orange \u00a0<strong>Add Stationary Registry<\/strong>\u00a0button to open the main processing modal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the\u00a0<strong>Transaction Details<\/strong>\u00a0section:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Transaction Date<\/strong>\u00a0prepopulates with today\u2019s date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the\u00a0<strong>Entry Type<\/strong>\u00a0from the dropdown: &#8220;Received&#8221; (adding stock) or &#8220;Sales&#8221; (issuing to a customer).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the\u00a0<strong>Stationary Item Details<\/strong>\u00a0section:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the desired product from the\u00a0<strong>Stationary Item<\/strong>\u00a0dropdown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The\u00a0<strong>Unit Price<\/strong>\u00a0field will automatically populate based on the item selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enter the\u00a0<strong>Quantity<\/strong>. The system will automatically calculate and display the\u00a0<strong>Total<\/strong>\u00a0cost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Under the\u00a0<strong>Account Details<\/strong>\u00a0section:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verify the prepopulated\u00a0<strong>A\/C to Debit<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Account to Credit<\/strong>\u00a0fields based on the teller logged in and the item configured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type a clear reason for the transaction in the\u00a0<strong>Entry Description<\/strong>\u00a0box (e.g., &#8220;Issuance of 5 passbooks to branch A&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the primary\u00a0<strong>Save<\/strong>\u00a0button. Confirm the prompt to authorize the transaction.
