The\u00a0Upload Customer (Transaction Upload)<\/strong>\u00a0module provides a streamlined solution for bulk importing financial data into Sikasoft via Excel files. This utility allows administrators to seamlessly process large volumes of transactions\u2014such as payroll deductions, dividends, or bulk deposits\u2014by debiting a single source (either a Customer Account or a General Ledger) and crediting the respective items specified within the uploaded\u00a0.xlsx<\/code>\u00a0or\u00a0.xls<\/code>\u00a0spreadsheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Step 1 \u2014 Configuring the Upload Source<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Navigate to the\u00a0Back Office Module<\/strong> and find the Transaction Upload<\/strong>\u00a0page via the main navigation sidebar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. In the left panel (External Data Upload<\/strong>), begin by selecting specific behavior flags beneath the main upload button if required:\n

      • Controller Excel File:<\/strong>\u00a0Check this if specific controller-style formatting applies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

              2. The system will read the file and present a detailed\u00a0Excel Upload Preview<\/strong>\u00a0modal listing every processed row, the recognized amounts, and calculated commissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Review the preview grid. If correct, click\u00a0Yes, Process Data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Step 3 \u2014 Reviewing the Transaction Batch<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                1. Once processed, the batch is moved into an unauthorized state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. You can view your newly pending batch in the right-hand panel (Transaction List<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. The\u00a0Transaction Ref. #<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Transaction total<\/strong>\u00a0at the top of the panel will reflect the sum of the processed spreadsheet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. From here, click on the transaction row to view specific details or navigate to the Authorization module to finalize the batch against the live ledger.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
