It allows financial officers and administrators to securely attach, categorize, and archive digital files (such as scanned IDs, loan agreements, or mandate forms) directly to a specific customer&#8217;s profile. Featuring nested metadata management, the module ensures all customer-related documentation is highly organized, easily retrievable, and securely stored.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"user-content-purpose\">PURPOSE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Digitally store and associate external files with specific member\/customer accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduce physical paperwork and establish a central, accessible digital repository.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Categorize documents using customizable &#8220;Document Types&#8221; and &#8220;Document Categories&#8221; to standardize record-keeping.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain a comprehensive historical log of all documents uploaded to an account, complete with timestamps and inputter tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"user-content-step-by-step-guide\">STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Step 1 \u2014 Locating the Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to the\u00a0<strong>Back Office Module and select General Document<\/strong> <strong>Upload<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The initial view presents a search interface over a comprehensive customer directory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type the customer&#8217;s account number, name, or phone number into the\u00a0<strong>Search<\/strong>\u00a0field.
